Over 15 fans turned up to FA headquarters for the unveiling of Fat Sam Allardyce as new England Manager. Sam takes over from Roy Hodgeson - almost by default many might say such is the little number of top flight English managers with relevant big league experience. Speaking at the event after eating some pies England's new manager stated he would "attend as much games as possible to discover new talents that would fit into his long ball game".
As for current captain Wayne Rooney's position in Sam's new look England - as long as he continues to play and perform for Man United, stays away from brothels and adapts to Sam's long ball game we don't see any reason to see against him leading the line well into the new mangers reign.
After the news conference concluded Big Sam ate some more pies - this time with fans, posed for photographs and then left the FA Headquarters. He was later spotted at a nearby Mcdonalds and was happy to sign autographs for a group of excited England supporters.
